Coastal adaptation to climate change ; how to work with nature; June 15-17 2022 As part of the French Presidency of the European Union, the Conservatoire du littoral, in partnership with the Ocean Climate Platform, the Eurosite association, the Overseas Countries and Territories Association (OCTA), the Sea, Rivers, Islands and Coastal Areas Intergroup (SEARICA) and the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions (CPMR) is bringing together the European and Mediterranean Coastal Agencies as well as French, European and international satakeholders working on the issue of adaptation to climate change in coastal areas. This event is aiming at exchanging and sharing approaches, issues and reflections of the different organisations on the subject and to formalise a policy paper integrating the recommendations and strategies developed jointly during this event, which will then be disseminated to representatives of the European Union, Member States, regions and coastal cities so that it can serve as a tool at each level in the planning and implementation of adaptation measures.
